George Chon
Associate
George Chon practices in the area of civil defense litigation with an emphasis on products liability and business litigation. Mr. Chon’s professional experience includes trucking and transportation, cargo liability, general negligence, construction, subrogation, toxic torts, misdemeanor criminal, and American with Disabilities Act claims.
Mr. Chon has participated in jury trials in state and federal court, including for wrongful death and catastrophic injury, as well as judicial and contractual arbitration. In addition, Mr. Chon has mediation and other alternative dispute resolution.
